Kolon Benit (CEO Kang I-gu), an IT services specialist company, announced on the 30th that it had won the contract for an HR system development project from HL Clemove (CEO Yoon Pal-ju), an HL Group affiliate specializing in autonomous driving solutions.
HL Clemove, founded in December 2021 through a merger of Mando Mobility Solutions and Mando Hella Electronics, plans to establish an integrated HR system. The project is focused on integrating existing personnel data and enhancing functionalities to improve HR work efficiency as well as convenience for employees. Kolon Benit intends to build the system based on its own ‘Benit HR’ solutions. This project will also involve integrating and transferring the personnel data of the two merged companies. In addition, Kolon Benit plans to build a statistical service using integrated data to support more accurate and faster management decision-making. A mobile HR service, to be available with the opening of the system, will provide functions frequently used by employees, such as salary inquiries and applications for leave, certificates, welfare benefits. The speed of processing personnel matters will also be enhanced by granting approval authority to team leaders.Be re-establishing HR system and processes, the newly integrated system will help optimize all HR management activities of HL Clemove, including organizational / personnel management, performance, attendance and salary management.
Meanwhile, Kolon Benefit plans to implement a scalable structure to enable a more flexible response to future changes in the HR system, as well as ensure system stability based on robust security and privacy protection.
