6th (2021) Eunpyeong-gu Saerok Children's Park

In November 2021, Saerok Children's Park in Eunpyeong-gu was reopened as the sixth playground improvement project.

Saerok Children's Park has been transformed from a monotonous playground to a colorful new look like its name, and has been praised by children as a combination playground that embodies flower pots and watering can.

It was designed and completed as a playground created by children and residents, including two play workshops and four design workshops in compliance with the COVID-19 quarantine guidelines, and the Children's Design Team conducted safety supervision activities ahead of the opening and gave its final opinion to the design and construction company.

5th (2020) Seongdong-gu Doseon Children's Park

In November 2020, Seongdong-gu Doseon Children's Park was reopened as the fifth playground improvement project with Save the Children.

In particular, Doseon Children's Park held a design workshop for children and residents in a non-face-to-face manner, such as workbook activities, to prevent COVID-19 infection

Children participated in the design process through hands-on learning, presentation, and discussion with opinions and ideas through online workshops, collected opinions from local residents, residents' self-governing committee members, and parents, and shared the results of the children's design workshop.

In response, Seongdong-gu awarded Kolon a plaque of appreciation for its contribution to realizing children's right to play and creating Seongdong-gu, a child-friendly city.

4th (2019) Daun Children's Park

Gangseo area at improvement projects, with Save the Children and the fourth playground in August 2019, upgraded Daun Children's Park.

Daun Children's Park has a total of five games workshop and the design of the three workshops, such as playground in a design, completed by the participation of children and residents.

In addition, Gangseo-gu, ‘Down a children's playground’, local children's rights to play in the case of shape than the ordinance has contributed (Yoon Yoo Sun parliament, Gangseo-gu,) to promote the right to play by improving and increasing awareness and assessment.

3rd (2018) Green Forest Playground

In August 2018, the Green Forest Playground was opened in Nowon-gu Madele Sports Park It was necessary for everyone because there were not only elementary schools but also welfare facilities for the disabled and daycare centers for children with disabilities, but it was difficult to access and the use rate was low due to the old play area In particular, there were many rides that were difficult for disabled children to enter wheelchairs due to sand on the floor.

Based on these regional characteristics, we designed an integrated playground where disabled children, parents, teachers, and non-disabled children, who are the main users of the playground, can participate together and have fun. Integrated playground refers to a playground where disabled and non-disabled children can play together by eliminating the physical barriers they face when using it.

The Green Forest Playground has a wide slide for guardians to ride with disabled children, a multi-person swing for guardians and friends, a rotating stage that can be used without getting out of a wheelchair, and a seesaw for children with wheelchairs to take a walk with friends and family.

2nd (2017) Saekdong Children's Park

On September 8, 2017, Saekdong Children's Park in Suyu 1-dong, Gangbuk-gu, was reopened 10 years after it was built and renovated in the 1970s.

Saekdong Children's Park was selected as the "2018 Outstanding Children's Play Facility" by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and was evaluated as "a nature-friendly space where residents can install safety rules, play functions using topography, rest areas for guardians, and various generations."
