Reporting Procedure

Intake of Complaints

In accordance with the Company’s grievance‑handling procedures, reports are received by the Group point of contact or the HR team of each affiliate.
To enhance accessibility for victims, written (online) submission is not mandatory; reports may be made by telephone, email, or messenger.

Consultation and Investigation

A prompt investigation will begin immediately upon receipt of a report.
We will hear statements from the victim and the alleged perpetrator and conduct a fair, careful investigation with detailed records.
Any personal information obtained during the process will be kept strictly confidential as a matter of privacy for all parties.
In consideration of the victim, we will avoid face‑to‑face confrontation with the respondent and will instead take statements from references and witnesses where appropriate.
The victim and witnesses will be protected from retaliation.

Findings and Disciplinary Measures

If sexual harassment or workplace bullying is substantiated, appropriate measures will be taken against the perpetrator, which may include a warning, reprimand, reassignment, placement on administrative leave, suspension, or dismissal.
Minor measures such as a warning will be considered only where they are sufficient to prevent recurrence; if the conduct persists despite a warning, stronger sanctions will be imposed.
A transfer will be arranged for the victim upon request.

Notification of Results

Upon completion of the investigation, both the victim and the perpetrator will be notified of the outcome.
